JAKARTA – As part of its commitment to information disclosure to shareholders and the public, PT Aracord Nusantara Group Tbk (the “Company”) held its Annual Public Exposé on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. The event took place at Menara Astra, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Block Kav. No. 5–6, Central Jakarta, and was attended in person by the Company’s management, including the President Director and the Corporate Secretary.

On this occasion, management delivered a comprehensive review of the Company’s financial and operational performance for the 2025 financial year, while also outlining the strategies to be implemented to enhance the Company’s performance in the coming year.

The Company introduced a new business model focused on developing an environmentally friendly logistics ecosystem by offering the use of electric trucks supported by a reliable and sustainable power system. In line with the increasing demand for green solutions, the Company provides environmentally friendly mobility solutions tailored to the specific needs of Indonesia’s energy landscape and continues to invest and innovate in this area, placing the Company in a strong position to support the ongoing transformation toward sustainable mobility in Indonesia.

The Company emphasized that transparency to investors is an integral part of good corporate governance. Accordingly, the Annual Public Exposé serves not only as a forum for presenting performance updates, but also as a platform for dialogue with shareholders and the broader public. Held at the close of the year, this event marked the conclusion of the Company’s corporate activities throughout 2025, while simultaneously opening a new chapter for the Company to pursue growth through its new business model in the years ahead.
