JAKARTA – As part of its commitment to information disclosure to shareholders and the public, PT Aracord Nusantara Group Tbk (the “Company”) held its Annual Public Exposé on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. The event took place at Menara Astra, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Block Kav. On this occasion, management delivered a comprehensive review of the Company’s financial and operational performance for the 2025 financial year, while also outlining the strategies to be implemented to enhance the Company’s performance in the coming year.

In an effort to accelerate the national energy transition, PT Aracord Nusantara Group Tbk (RONY) officially announced the expansion of its electric truck transportation solution across several key industrial areas in Indonesia. This move is part of the company's ongoing commitment to providing environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions for the logistics and mining sectors.
Aracord's electric truck-based transportation solution utilizes a combination of fast-charging and battery swapping technologies, enabling efficient logistics operations with low carbon emissions. Compared to conventional fossil-fuel trucks, this technology can achieve up to 20% energy savings during idling and braking.
"We believe that reducing carbon emissions from the transportation sector is a crucial step towards a green economy. By expanding infrastructure and industry collaboration, we hope this solution can be widely adopted," said an Aracord management representative.
This strategic step has also received full support from regulators and local governments as part of the industrial decarbonization initiative. Aracord is currently exploring partnerships with several industrial estates in West Java and Kalimantan for the next phase of implementation.
